Last month over 3,000 real estate agents from around the United States convened in Dallas, Texas for their annual meeting. This four-day event is a time in which agents from around the country gather to discuss the state of the real estate business as well as attend seminars and discussion groups as to how to improve and manage their real estate business, and to discuss the state of the real estate market nationwide.
It is at this annual event that the "Top 10" Agents nationwide are recognized by Berkshire Hathaway. This year Matt Epstein, of Berkshire Hathaway Studio City was named #5 nationwide out of 48,000 Berkshire Hathaway agents, and the #1 agent in the San Fernando Valley. His hard work and dedication to his clients has brought Matt to the very very top of his game.
Matt this year also received "The Legend" award which is an award given to those few agents that have performed at the highest levels in the world of real estate consecutively over the last five years.
